How do I order a custom airbrushed tire
cover?
Simply e-mail us a photo and description of what you would
like along with the tire size that is imprinted on the side of the
spare tire cover (For example 'P225/75R15'). We will then provide
you a quote of how much it will cost. Once we receive your deposit
for half of the total amount, we will e-mail you a proof of how it
will look. We accept Pay-Pal, checks, or money orders. Once we complete
the piece we will e-mail you a picture of how the completed piece
looks. Upon completion the total amount owed is due. Please
note:
Artwork is subject to artist interpretation.
If you want any changes or alterations made we will do the first change/alteration
at no cost. Any further changes/alterations are subject to a $50.00
charge.
What
if this is a gift and I don't have access to the spare tire?
If you know the make, model
and year of the vehicle, you can supply us with this information and
we can calculate it for you. Please note:
This method yields the 'standard' equipped spare tire size. In some
cases, the owner may have chosen custom tires, in which case the standard
tire dimensions may not apply. Buyer assumes risk if the tire dimensions
are not the standard-equipped.
Can
I measure the tire's diameter and width myself?
Yes,
but you have to be careful to measure both the diameter and the width
of the tire. Be sure to measure the width at the widest point and
compensate for any taper along the edges of the tire.
Can I supply my own
tire cover?
Yes, please make sure it is in good condition and
doesn't have any lettering printed on the front of it. We cannot remove
factory imprinted lettering and logos, nor can we paint over it.
How long does it take to get
my order?
We airbrush all custom airbrush orders
by hand on a first come first serve basis. Since we stay constantly
busy it normally takes 6 weeks to complete. If you need this for a
certain occasion we will do our best to accommodate you. Please try
to order early if possible to allow for completion time.
How
long will the tire cover last, and will it fade?
All tire covers are clear coated with an automotive clear
coat to protect them from the elements and to keep them from fading.
The feedback we've received from repeat customers is that after several
years the tire covers still look great.
Can it be washed?
Yes, however if you take it through a self service car wash,
mist the tire cover, do not blast it with full force.
Can
I supply my own picture?
Yes, please
make sure the image is clear. I can't work from blurry or low resolution
images. You

note: The
best way to make sure you get a good fit for your spare tire is to
send me the tire size printed on the side of thespare tire itself.
For example, 'P225/75R15' '. Because spare tire sizes vary, be sure
to get this information from the spare itself and not from the other
tires on your vehicle.

Can I supply my own
leather or jean jacket?
Yes you can mail us a leather or jean jacket to: Purrfection
Airbrush - P.O. Box 66131 - Albuquerque, NM 87193. Denim jackets must be washed once and rinsed twice before
you send them to us. The reason for this is that we can't paint
on top of dirt and the second rinse helps get rid of any soap residue.
Note to ladies - We have discovered that women's sizes can vary a lot depending on the manufacturer and style. In some cases a small jacket can actually be larger than a large jacket. The jackets we use are Levis denim jackets. To ensure a proper fit you may want to pick out your own jacket and ship it to us to airbrush on.
Can
the jacket be washed?
Yes, but dry clean only.
How
long will the jacket last, and will it fade?
All
jackets are clear coated with an airbrush clear coat to protect

How do I order a custom airbrushed mural?
Simply e-mail us what exactly you
would like. We will then provide you with a quote of how much it
will cost. Once we receive your deposit for half of the total amount
we will e-mail you a sample of how it will look and begin working
on it. We accept Pay-Pal, checks, or money orders. Upon completion
the total amount owed is due. Please note:Since
it is being put on a wall in or on your house/office we will have
to come out and airbrush it at your place.
What if I don't want or can't have
it painted directly on the wall, or don't live in your area.
The only other option is for us to airbrush it on canvas and
mail it to you. We will need to know the exact size you want it
on. Canvas comes in any width
you want by 7 feet tall.

required on all custom orders.
3. Prices vary depending on the amount of detail and time it takes
to do each piece. Additional charges may apply for sketching and
finding references if not provided, as well as for lettering.

Each item is hand painted and is original art. They are not
silk-screened, iron-on transfers, or printed in an assembly line
type production. Each one is individually painted by the artist
and is literally a piece of artwork.
5. Artwork is subject to artist interpretation.

6. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction;
however, due to the custom nature of products, we cannot accept
returns. All sales are considered final. If the item arrives damanged
we will repair it. Simply mail it back for repair.
* Orders received damaged must notify
us within 5 days of receipt of the order.
7. To ensure that you are excited about your
item, we offer a FREE color proof (upon request) of any prepaid
order, so that you can see the colors/designs/clip art, logo, etc.
*Sorry, but since this process requires extensive amount of time,
the FREE color proof is only available for prepaid, non cancelable
orders. Once you receive your color proof, you can make changes,
if need be, before the product is made. This does not include preparing
new artwork in place of the originally uploaded artwork. If you
want a mock-up color proof BEFORE you commit to ordering, the cost
for the art services is $50. The colors in the proof may vary from
actual colors of the tire cover, lettering, and/or graphics due
to computer palette differences.
8. Any orders made incorrectly due to an error on our part will
be immediately redone at our expense. Orders received incorrect
must notify us within 5 days of receipt of the order.
10. We cannot be responsible for spelling, typographical, or measuring errors made by the customer.
11.
Any artwork supplied by the customer is assumed to belong to them
or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any trademark
or logo infringements.
12. Production time does not start until after we have received
your approval of the proof and deposit.
